The hotel had some pros like a convenient location close to Cedar Crest College and being around everything. However, the rooms had paper-thin walls, huge cracks in the doors, and some were missing remotes. The dining was average with limited options for food availability.

The hotel had some drawbacks like a room that felt very humid and a flooded toilet upon return from the pool, but the service was welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient for food and shopping, and the dining experience left much to be desired with unfrozen waffles and limited availability. The facilities were decent overall.
